LandShark is designed to be used by both high volume users and occasional users.  Volume users may enter into an Online Access Agreement and pay a flat rate of $475 per month for limited access to 2000 images.  Other options are available for access to more images.  Contact Register of Deeds Office for more information.

Escrow accounts are available for regular users who don’t require unlimited access.  The minimum deposit required to establish an escrow account is $25.00.  You will then be assigned a user name and password for the LandShark website. Your current escrow balance will be displayed on the screen when you access the site. The index information is free.  If you choose to view or print an actual document image, the statutory copy fee of $2 for the first page and $1 for each additional page will be deducted from your escrow account.  Since LandShark is integrated with our office accounting system, you can also pay for copies not available online using your escrow funds.
